Terms oF Use

This Agreement is entered into by and between:

• Trainer: Andrew Kiernan, trading as Crypto2Pro ("Trainer")
• Participant: Any individual or entity who submits payment for the Crypto2Pro Training Program ("Participant")

Collectively referred to as "the Parties."

The Trainer agrees to deliver a comprehensive cryptocurrency education and training program for a period of up to three (3) months, which includes:

• Daily live Zoom sessions at 4:00 PM (Perth time) / 6:00 PM (Sydney time), running for up to one (1) hour per session (duration may vary depending on module length);
• Full access to live and recorded sessions during the Participant's enrollment period;
• Three (3) official training certificates issued upon successful completion of required modules and assessments;
• A curriculum designed to accommodate all skill levels, from beginners to professionals, built on pre-tested and validated training material.

Program Commencement, Duration, Access, and Communication

The Program commences upon receipt of full payment and confirmation of enrollment. The Program duration is for a maximum of three (3) months from the date of commencement, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.

This three-month period includes any time the participant takes away from the course to complete assessments or exams. It is the participant’s responsibility to manage their time accordingly within the allocated period.

Access to the members-only page will expire thirty (30) days after the participant successfully passes the course and is issued all three certificates of completion.

Access to the Telegram group is not an official component of the paid course and is provided solely as a complimentary bonus. It is not guaranteed and may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the Provider without notice or compensation.

During the Program period, participants may email the Provider with questions or concerns. The Provider is also active within the designated course communication rooms during this time.

Should the Participant cancel or voluntarily withdraw at any point during the program:

• Access to all sessions and program resources will be immediately revoked.
• No refund or reinstatement will be granted unless the Trainer is in breach of this Agreement.
• The Participant acknowledges and accepts this condition as part of their purchase.

All transactions are governed by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applicable Buyer Protection legislation.
Participants are entitled to statutory protections under these frameworks. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with established consumer dispute resolution processes under Australian law.

By enrolling, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that:

• The Trainer is not a licensed financial advisor, and all content provided is strictly for educational purposes only.
• No guarantees are made regarding financial outcomes, profitability, or trading performance.
• The Participant assumes full responsibility for how they use, interpret, or act on the material provided.
• The Participant waives any right to hold the Trainer liable for any financial decisions, losses, or results based on the program content.

All course materials—including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and digital resources—are the intellectual property of Crypto2Pro.
No part of the content may be copied, distributed, reproduced, or resold without prior written consent from the Trainer.

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Western Australia.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Western Australia.

This document represents the entire and binding agreement between the Parties.
No verbal assurances, representations, or outside promises will alter or override the terms contained herein unless confirmed in writing by the Trainer.

By submitting payment to Crypto2Pro, the Participant:

• Expressly agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this Agreement;
• Waives the need for a physical or digital signature, with legal consent established by the act of payment;
• Acknowledges this Agreement is fully enforceable under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) and all relevant provisions of Australian contract law.
