The Service does not include:

• guaranteed outcomes or value

• is not licensed under the Corporations Act 2001
• does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL)
• is not authorised to provide financial product advice

Results depend entirely on your own decisions, experience, and risk management.

All fees must be paid upfront.

Refunds are not provided, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Refunds are not available for:

• change of mind
• dissatisfaction
• disagreement with content
• unmet expectations
• misunderstanding the Service
• emotional distress
• financial hardship
• market losses
• loss of capital
• lack of participation
• perceived lack of value
• buyer’s remorse

Digital access is considered delivered once access is granted.

Crypto2pro complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law.

Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy only if VipCryptoService:

• fails to provide the Service as described, or
• fails to provide the Service with due care and skill

ACL remedies do not apply to:

• trading losses
• market outcomes
• dissatisfaction
• expectations
• financial results
• emotional or personal reasons
• misunderstandings
• lack of personalised advice

Any remedy (if applicable) will be provided strictly in accordance with the ACL and may include repair, replacement, or refund only where legally required.

To the fullest extent permitted by Western Australian law:
VipCryptoService is not liable for:

• trading losses
• loss of capital or profit
• lost opportunities
• emotional or psychological distress
• personal or relationship issues
• decisions made using the content
• misinterpretation of information
• indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• you act independently
• you understand the Service is not advice
• you conduct your own due diligence
• you accept all risks
• you did not rely on promises
• you understand results vary

All content is the exclusive property of Crypto2pro.

You must not:

• share
• screenshot
• copy
• distribute
• republish
• resell

Breaches may result in:

• immediate removal without refund
• legal action
• permanent banning

Crypto2pro reserves the right to immediately terminate access (without refund) if a member:

• is abusive or disruptive
• harasses others
• breaches confidentiality
• attempts to obtain personalised advice
• misuses the Service
• acts dishonestly
• deliberately or intentionally misleads
• knowingly provides false information
• intentionally misconstrues the truth
• engages in deceptive conduct toward the Service or its members

Any deliberate, intentional, or deceptive misleading conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and automatically voids membership.

Termination decisions will be made in good faith, consistently with these Terms, and in accordance with Australian law.

Before legal action, you agree to attempt resolution directly with Crypto2pro

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Western Australia.
Any dispute must be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.

By purchasing or accessing the Service after being presented with these Terms, you confirm that:

• you have read and understood them
• you accept all risks
• you understand no results are guaranteed
• you accept the refund policy
• you agree to be bound by these Terms
