Before purchasing VIP Service or accessing any Crypto2Pro Service, you are required to read and consider these Terms.

By purchasing or accessing the Service, you acknowledge that:

• you have been provided with an opportunity to read and understand these Terms before purchasing; 
• you understand the nature, scope and duration of the Service you are purchasing; 
• you understand that the Service is educational and informational in nature; 
• you understand that no particular profit, return, recovery of capital or financial outcome is guaranteed; 
• you understand that cryptocurrency and trading involve significant risks, including the potential loss of capital; and 
• you have not been promised or guaranteed any particular financial result as a condition of purchasing the Service. 

Your decision to purchase the Service should be based on the Service and inclusions described in the applicable purchase information, together with these Terms, and not on any representation that is inconsistent with them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or access the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing VIP Service or accessing any Crypto2Pro Service.

These Terms govern your purchase and use of Crypto2Pro's educational services, training, community access and related content.

By purchasing or accessing the Service after being provided with these Terms, you acknowledge that you have had a reasonable opportunity to read and understand them and agree to be bound by them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, condition or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.

In these Terms:

Crypto2Pro, we, us or our means the entity or person identified on the applicable purchase documentation as the provider of the Service.

Customer, you or your means the person purchasing or accessing the Service.

Service means the particular educational program, training, community access, content, sessions and other inclusions expressly identified at the time of purchase.

Free Group means the free Crypto2Pro group or community providing general educational and informational content, subject to the applicable offering.

VIP Service means the paid, personalised Crypto2Pro service providing additional access, communication, information, educational resources and other inclusions as described in the applicable VIP Service description and Purchase Confirmation.

VIP Service vs Free Page means the Crypto2Pro webpage titled “VIP Service vs Free”, currently located at:

as that page may be reasonably updated from time to time, subject to the applicable Purchase Confirmation and these Terms.

Purchase Confirmation means the applicable invoice, order confirmation, proposal, checkout page or other written document identifying the Service purchased, its price and applicable access period.

Crypto2Pro provides educational and informational services relating to cryptocurrency and digital-asset markets.

Depending on the Service purchased, this may include:

• educational material; 
• general market commentary; 
• trading concepts and methodologies; 
• technical and fundamental concepts; 
• risk-management education; 
• trading psychology education; 
• market research and analysis for educational purposes; 
• group discussions; 
• community access; 
• educational sessions; 
• demonstrations and examples; and 
• other educational resources identified in the applicable Purchase Confirmation. 

The exact inclusions, access period and delivery format are those stated in the applicable Purchase Confirmation and applicable Service description.

Crypto2Pro does not promise that every session, presenter, topic, communication channel, feature or piece of content will remain available indefinitely.

Crypto2Pro may provide different levels of service, including a Free Group and a paid VIP Service.

The Free Group and VIP Service are separate services and provide different levels of access, communication, information, educational resources and service inclusions.

The detailed distinction between the Free Group and VIP Service is set out on the Crypto2Pro VIP Service vs Free page, which forms part of the description of the applicable VIP Service:

The Free Group provides general educational and informational content.

Depending on the applicable Free Group offering, this may include:

• general market information and educational content; 
• basic market commentary and general observations; 
• information that may not be current or updated in real time; 
• general information that is not necessarily based on live or actual market data; and 
• access to books, website content and other materials when they are released to the Free Group or made publicly available, where applicable. 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Free Group membership does not include:

• one-on-one consultations; 
• private meetings; 
• direct access to Crypto2Pro's private mobile contact; 
• personalised analysis or individual guidance; 
• VIP-only communications; 
• access to VIP-only or private website areas; or 
• early access to materials reserved for VIP members. 

The VIP Service is a separate paid and personalised educational service providing a substantially higher level of access, communication, information and exclusive educational content than the Free Group.

Depending on the applicable VIP offering and Purchase Confirmation, VIP may include:

• one-on-one meetings with Crypto2Pro; 
• direct access to Crypto2Pro's nominated private mobile contact for VIP-related communication; 
• the ability to communicate directly regarding up-to-date and relevant information; 
• more current market information and analysis; 
• information supported by actual market data where available; 
• personalised educational discussions addressing the Customer's individual questions and circumstances; 
• regular one-on-one meetings as part of the VIP Service; 
• access to designated private or backend areas of the Crypto2Pro website, where applicable; 
• access to exclusive website information and educational materials not provided to the Free Group; 
• early access to selected new and upcoming books before they are released to the general public or Free Group, where applicable; 
• early access to selected educational materials, information and content before wider public release, where applicable; and 
• direct communication and access that is not available to Free Group members. 

The specific inclusions, access period, frequency of meetings, communication arrangements and other benefits applicable to a particular Customer are those stated in the applicable Purchase Confirmation and the VIP Service description provided to the Customer at or before the time of purchase.

Where applicable, VIP members may receive certain information, website content, educational materials, books and other content before those materials are made available to the Free Group or the general public.

Early access is an additional benefit of the VIP Service.

The availability, timing and content of early-access materials may vary depending on the material being released and Crypto2Pro's release schedule.

Early access does not guarantee that any particular book, material, information, content or resource will be released within a particular period.

VIP is not simply an upgraded version of the Free Group.

The Free Group and VIP Service are materially different services with different levels of access, communication, meetings, information and educational resources.

The Free Group provides general educational and informational content.

VIP provides additional paid access and services, which may include one-on-one meetings, direct private communication, more current and relevant information, information supported by actual market data where available, regular meetings, access to designated private or backend website areas, exclusive educational materials and early access to selected books and other materials.

A Customer who accesses or participates in the Free Group does not, merely by doing so, acquire the additional services, access or benefits provided as part of the paid VIP Service.

The VIP Service remains educational and informational in nature and does not guarantee any profit, return, recovery of capital, trading result or other financial outcome.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Australian law.

Unless expressly stated otherwise and permitted by applicable law, the Service is educational and informational in nature.

The Service is not a promise of employment, income, wealth creation, investment performance or financial success.

Purchasing the Service does not constitute the purchase of a guaranteed financial outcome.

The Customer understands that educational services cannot guarantee that the Customer will become profitable or achieve any particular level of trading skill or financial performance.

Crypto2Pro does not guarantee that the Customer will:

• make a profit; 
• recover the purchase price of the Service; 
• recover trading or investment losses; 
• achieve a particular return; 
• achieve a particular trading win rate; 
• achieve financial independence; 
• outperform the market; 
• become a profitable trader; 
• achieve a particular level of wealth; or 
• achieve any other particular financial outcome. 

Any discussion of potential outcomes, examples, hypothetical scenarios, historical performance or results achieved by other persons must not be interpreted as a guarantee that the Customer will achieve the same or similar result.

Past performance is not an indication of future performance.

Cryptocurrency and digital-asset markets can involve substantial risk.

The Customer acknowledges that:

• cryptocurrency prices can be highly volatile; 
• the Customer may lose some or all capital used for trading or investment; 
• markets can move rapidly and unpredictably; 
• historical performance does not guarantee future performance; 
• no trading methodology guarantees profitability; 
• fees, spreads, slippage, liquidity and market conditions may affect results; and 
• the Customer is responsible for deciding whether to participate in any trading or investment activity. 

The Customer should only risk money they can afford to lose and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

Crypto2Pro does not represent that it is authorised to provide financial product advice merely by providing educational content.

Nothing in these Terms authorises the Customer to treat general educational material, market commentary, examples or community discussions as personal financial advice.

Where applicable law requires an Australian financial services licence or other authorisation for a particular activity, Crypto2Pro will not represent that the Customer has received licensed financial advice merely because that activity is discussed within the Service.

The Customer remains responsible for obtaining independent licensed financial advice where they require advice about their individual circumstances.

IMPORTANT: This clause does not permit conduct that would otherwise constitute unlicensed financial services. Crypto2Pro will conduct its activities in accordance with applicable law.

The Customer is solely responsible for decisions they make concerning their own money, cryptocurrency holdings, trading accounts and investments.

The Customer is responsible for conducting their own research and assessing whether any particular action is suitable for their circumstances.

The Customer must not rely solely upon educational material provided through Crypto2Pro when making financial decisions.

The Customer purchases the Service for the access period specified in the applicable Purchase Confirmation.

The Service period is not necessarily the same for every product or customer.

Where the Service is described as ongoing, recurring or subscription-based, the applicable renewal, cancellation and access arrangements will be stated at the time of purchase.

Access may cease when the applicable service period expires, payment is cancelled or terminated, or the agreement otherwise ends in accordance with these Terms.

Unless expressly stated in the Purchase Confirmation, the Customer is not purchasing unlimited or indefinite access.

Crypto2Pro will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Service.

The VIP Service may be delivered through online platforms, community groups, video calls, written materials, recordings, websites or other communication channels.

The timing, format, presenters, content and delivery methods may reasonably change from time to time.

Crypto2Pro does not guarantee:

• a particular number of messages; 
• a particular number of sessions; 
• a particular response time; 
• a particular presenter; 
• a particular trading result; 
• a particular amount of educational content; or 
• that every Customer will consider the Service suitable or valuable. 

Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable consumer guarantee.

The Customer acknowledges that educational outcomes depend partly upon the Customer's own participation, application, experience, knowledge and circumstances.

Crypto2Pro is not responsible for a Customer's failure to:

• attend sessions; 
• read educational material; 
• participate in discussions; 
• complete educational exercises; 
• apply risk-management principles; 
• conduct independent research; or 
• make use of available educational resources. 

A Customer's failure to participate does not, by itself, establish that the Service was not supplied.

Testimonials, screenshots, examples, trading results and statements concerning other participants may be used for educational or illustrative purposes.

Individual results vary.

No example, testimonial or participant result constitutes a representation that the Customer will achieve the same or similar outcome.

Where performance information is published, Crypto2Pro will not intentionally present it in a manner that is false or misleading.

Fees are stated at the time of purchase.

The Customer agrees to pay the applicable fees in accordance with the Purchase Confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, access to the Service may be conditional upon payment being received.

Refund and cancellation rights are governed by the applicable Purchase Confirmation and these Terms, subject always to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

Subject to those non-excludable rights, a Customer is not entitled to a refund merely because:

• they changed their mind; 
• they did not make a profit; 
• they did not recover their capital; 
• they experienced trading losses; 
• market conditions changed; 
• their financial circumstances changed; 
• they experienced financial hardship; 
• they were dissatisfied with their personal results; 
• they expected a different outcome; 
• they did not participate fully in the Service; or 
• they later decided that the Service was not suitable for them. 

A trading or investment loss does not, by itself, establish that the educational Service was defective or was not provided.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any refund, cancellation or other remedy that is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, Crypto2Pro will comply with its obligations under that law.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a non-excludable legal right, the applicable legal right will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto2Pro is not responsible for losses arising solely from:

• cryptocurrency or market movements; 
• trading or investment decisions made by the Customer; 
• loss of trading or investment capital; 
• loss of anticipated profits; 
• market volatility; 
• third-party exchange failures; 
• blockchain network events; 
• hacking or security incidents affecting Customer-controlled accounts; 
• decisions made independently by the Customer; or 
• the Customer's failure to follow their own risk-management practices. 

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees or liability arising from conduct that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Customer acknowledges that Crypto2Pro has not promised:

• a guaranteed return; 
• guaranteed recovery of the Service fee; 
• guaranteed recovery of trading losses; 
• a guaranteed income; 
• a guaranteed trading strategy; 
• a guaranteed number of profitable trades; or 
• any particular financial outcome. 

The Customer's purchase decision must not be based upon an expectation that Crypto2Pro will reimburse trading losses or guarantee a profit.

All educational materials, recordings, documents, videos, written content, presentations, systems, branding and other intellectual property supplied by Crypto2Pro remain the property of Crypto2Pro or its relevant licensors unless otherwise stated.

The Customer receives a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the materials for their own educational purposes.

The Customer must not, without written permission:

• reproduce; 
• resell; 
• redistribute; 
• publish; 
• commercially exploit; 
• upload publicly; 
• provide access to third parties; or 
• otherwise misuse Crypto2Pro materials. 

Where the Service includes access to a private community, the Customer must respect the confidentiality and privacy of other members.

Customers must not disclose, publish or redistribute private communications, personal information, screenshots or confidential information belonging to other members without appropriate permission.

Nothing in this clause prevents a Customer from exercising a legal right or making a lawful complaint or disclosure.

Crypto2Pro may restrict or terminate access where a Customer materially breaches these Terms, including where the Customer:

• engages in harassment; 
• threatens or abuses staff or members; 
• deliberately disrupts the Service; 
• unlawfully distributes confidential material; 
• shares paid access with others; 
• commits fraud; 
• deliberately provides materially false information; 
• uses the Service for an unlawful purpose; or 
• materially breaches another provision of these Terms. 

Where legally required, Crypto2Pro will provide any applicable notice or opportunity to remedy the breach.

Nothing in this clause permits Crypto2Pro to unfairly deprive a Customer of rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Crypto2Pro may reasonably update, improve or modify the Service from time to time.

Changes may include changes to:

• delivery platforms; 
• educational materials; 
• presenters; 
• session formats; 
• community structure; 
• scheduling; and 
• technology used to deliver the Service. 

Crypto2Pro will not use this provision to remove a material part of a paid Service without addressing any rights the Customer may have under applicable law.

Crypto2Pro may use third-party platforms, exchanges, communication services, video platforms, payment processors and other providers.

Crypto2Pro does not control the operation, availability, security or policies of third-party services.

Customers are responsible for complying with the terms and security requirements of any third-party platform they choose to use.

If a Customer has a complaint concerning the Service, they should first contact Crypto2Pro and provide reasonable details of the issue.

The parties will make a genuine attempt to resolve the matter directly before commencing legal proceedings, where appropriate.

Nothing in this section prevents a Customer from exercising a statutory right, contacting a regulator or seeking urgent legal relief.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, subject to any mandatory law that applies to the Customer or transaction.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

Nothing in this clause prevents the operation of mandatory consumer protection laws that apply notwithstanding a choice-of-law or jurisdiction clause.

These Terms, together with the applicable Purchase Confirmation and any other document expressly incorporated into that Purchase Confirmation, constitute the agreement concerning the Service.

For Customers purchasing the VIP Service, the Crypto2Pro “VIP Service vs Free” page forms part of the description of the applicable VIP Service and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The VIP Service vs Free page describes the distinction between the Free Group and the paid VIP Service, including the different levels of access, communication, meetings, information, educational resources, website access and early-access benefits that may apply to VIP members.

The Customer acknowledges that the VIP Service vs Free page is to be read together with these Terms and the applicable Purchase Confirmation.

The specific inclusions, access period, frequency of meetings, communication arrangements and other benefits applicable to a particular Customer are those stated in the applicable Purchase Confirmation and the applicable VIP Service description provided to the Customer at or before the time of purchase.

If there is an inconsistency between the applicable Purchase Confirmation and a general description of the VIP Service, the Purchase Confirmation will determine the specific Service purchased by the Customer.

Where there is an inconsistency between these Terms and another document, the documents will be interpreted consistently where reasonably possible.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability for misleading or deceptive conduct or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

By purchasing or accessing the Service after being provided with these Terms, the Customer acknowledges that they:

1. have had an opportunity to read these Terms; 
2. understand the educational nature of the Service; 
3. understand that financial outcomes are not guaranteed; 
4. understand that cryptocurrency and trading involve significant risks; 
5. understand that they may lose capital; 
6. understand that individual results vary; 
7. understand that they remain responsible for their own financial decisions; 
8. understand the applicable Service period and inclusions, including the distinction between the Free Group and VIP Service; 
9. understand that the VIP Service vs Free page forms part of the description of the VIP Service where they purchase VIP; 
10. understand the applicable cancellation and refund provisions; and 
11. agree to be bound by these Terms, subject to their non-excludable legal rights. 

Nothing in these Terms authorises Crypto2Pro, its representatives or any community member to engage in conduct that requires a licence, registration, authorisation or other regulatory approval unless that requirement has been satisfied or an applicable exemption applies.

These Terms must not be interpreted as permitting misleading or deceptive conduct, unlicensed financial services, or the exclusion of rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Crypto2Pro will comply with applicable Australian laws governing the services it provides.

Please note that all Information provided through the VIP Service is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of investment performance, financial returns or future results. By purchasing or accessing the VIP Service, you acknowledge that you have been provided with an opportunity to read and understand the Crypto2Pro Terms & Conditions and agree that those Terms apply to your use of the Service, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Australian law.
