This Disclaimer of Financial Responsibility ("Disclaimer") is entered into on 12/01/2025 ("Effective Date") by and between Crypto2pro ("Party A") and You ("Party B").

Recitals:

WHEREAS, Party A and Party B desire to define and clarify their respective financial responsibilities with respect to certain matters and obligations;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, Party A and Party B hereby agree as follows:

1. Acknowledgment of Non-Financial Responsibility:
   Party A hereby acknowledges that it does not assume any financial responsibility for the following:
   (a) Any debts, loans, or financial obligations incurred by Party B, whether existing or future, unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement.
   (b) Any financial losses, damages, or liabilities arising from Party B's actions, decisions, or conduct, whether related to personal, business, or other matters, unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement.
    
2. Indemnification:
   Party B agrees to indemnify and hold Party A harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses that may arise from Party B's financial obligations or actions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
    
3. Governing Law:
   This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
    
4. Entire Agreement:
   This Disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
    
5. Amendment:
   This Disclaimer may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.

Terms of Service for Crypto2pro,

1. You agree that you will not harass or disrupt, give false misleading reviews, or advice to anyone within the group or outside of the group that is part of this service, free or paid service provided.
    
2. You acknowledge that we do not give financial advice and everything is considered general in nature, and we do not take into account your financial circumstances, and you hold us blameless.
    
3. You agree to destroy and not store or disclose any information taken from this site, including files or documents, if you are no longer part of or have not paid for the service or received a refund. You agree to provide evidence that you have destroyed, removed, and not disclosed the information. Please note that all files have tracking and trace technology installed for the security and monitoring of the program. This does not monitor your activity but monitors when the files are online. These files are secured with a unique security code to identify the person who has downloaded them.
    
4. You agree that if you are removed from the group or services due to breaching any of these terms and conditions, you may not be entitled to PayPal buyer protection or a refund within the ACL scope. You may forfeit your position; however, if you feel this is unfair, you can dispute this with PayPal or directly with support@crypto2pro.com
