• Access to books, website content and other materials when they are released to the Free Group or made publicly available, where applicable. 

The Free Group is intended to provide general educational and informational content and does not include the additional personalised access and benefits provided through the paid VIP Service.

VIP is a premium, paid and personalised educational service providing a substantially higher level of access, communication, information and exclusive educational content than the Free Group.

Depending on the applicable VIP offering, VIP members receive:

• The ability to contact me directly regarding up-to-date and relevant information.

• Direct communication and access that is not available to Free Group members.

VIP members may receive certain information, website content, educational materials, books and other content before they are made available to the Free Group or the general public.

This early-access benefit forms part of the additional value provided through the VIP Service.

The availability, timing and content of early-access materials may vary depending on the material being released and the release schedule.

Early access does not guarantee that any particular book, material, information, content or resource will be released within a particular period.

VIP is not simply an upgraded version of the Free Group.

The Free Group and VIP Service are separate services providing materially different levels of access, communication, meetings, information and educational resources.

The Free Group provides general educational and informational content.

VIP provides additional paid and personalised access, including:

• one-on-one meetings; 
• direct private communication; 
• more current and relevant information; 
• information supported by actual market data where available; 
• regular one-on-one meetings; 
• access to designated private or backend areas of my website, where applicable; 
• exclusive educational information and materials; and 
• early access to selected books, educational materials and other content before wider public release, where applicable. 

A person who accesses or participates in the Free Group does not, merely by doing so, receive the additional services, access or benefits provided as part of the paid VIP Service.

The VIP Service is a separate paid service and should not be confused with, or treated as being the same service as, the Free Group.
